Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi guys,
Will anybody tell me how can we display the delay of tasks graphically, especially on critical path?
Thanks

I also agree.
But, what about Technical % complete on a task. Do someone use this data on GANTT chart?

Kindest regards.

I agree, baseline and the current bar on the Gantt is the best way.

Ijaz,
I would use either the original baseline bar and the current bar on the GANTT or see if you can create a special bar by using user_start_date fields filtered on critical activities in conjunction with a global change.

You could populate the start date with the baseline start/finish, and the finish date with the actual/planned start/finish.
