Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Claim Digger - Primavera P5

Hi again Guys
Another one to tax your brains over.
If I try to run Claim Digger I get a dialog box that asks me to login to Primavera Claim Digger.
The Login Name of "admin" is displayed with the password of "admin".
The Database name is "pmdb@primavera. However when I enter I get the Event Code 998C05CD which I think relates to an incorrect password.
I have read up on Claim Digger and from what I can understand, a login dialog box will appear if your Claim Digger is in a differant database to your projects.
Does anybody know how I can rectify this problem so that Claim Digger opens automatically when I click it?

Primavera Solution prim39262 covers this. I’d tell you what to do but I only have a pdf version of the solution and I can’t attach it here.

Hi There,

Does anybody know how to run "Claim Digger" by clicking through Tools-Claim Digger on Primavera 5.0?

Because I could not manage to open "Claim Digger".
