Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

In P3e/c, projects are automatically summarised through the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS). If you require to view project data when the project is closed then you can summaries the data to pre-defined levels of the WBS. Go to the projects window and select the "settings" tab then select the level of WBS the data is to be summarised too. This allows users of Primavision to access summarised data in the Resource and Portfolio tabs.

But for just reporting at a level 2 from a level 3 or level 4 plan, then this does what you need? Or what is the difference between what p3e/c does and the old summarise option in P3 (except the fact its 1000 times faster!)

Data rolls up to Activity Code level automatically. You just need to open the projects then group by those activity / project codes.
