Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi

There is a  project and its member projects.

The activity IDs of one member project was manualy changed (exclusive access etc etc)... So when I open "mother" project - all its member projects open... but when I try to open member projects individually only that member project does not open whose all Activity IDs were changed manually.... ? Pls advise what to do ?

How do I manage to open individual memebr project ?

Thanks a lot

From P3 manual:

When working in a multiple project environment, refer to the
following rules for access rights:

Any number of authorized users can have Read Write access to the same project at the same time, even if other users are working in the project group or in a different project. You cannot obtain Read Write access to a project when someone else has already secured Exclusive access to that project or to its project group.

To obtain Exclusive access to a project, no other users can have that project or its project group open. However, other users can have different member projects from the same project group open (in Read Write or Exclusive mode); this means that P3 can level more than one project at a time.

To secure Exclusive access to the project group, no other users can
have the project group, or any of its projects, open.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Rafael
