Summary of my responsibilities are:

·       Construct and manage detailed planning schedules, utilizing Primavera P6 software, that represent activities required to successfully deliver Subsea Production Systems (SPS) scope of work;

·       Develop plans to sufficient detail to ensure effective control of all project deliverables;

·       Set up and customize dashboard reports for senior management using Primavera P6 Web;

·       Develop and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and project controls management;

·       Set up and train project teams in vouchering time in Primavera timesheet;

·       Participate in the development of project risk register to identify, mitigate and monitor project risks;

·       Prepare bid plans in accordance with information contained in CTR for tender;

·       Identify critical activities and continuously monitor and report to project manager;

·       Generate project reports that reflect the actual project status both with respect to time and performance;

·       Ensure planning and reporting requirements are included in all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders;

·       Manage and integrate Variation orders time impact in the project plan;

·       Describe the planning process for any product delivery projects;

·       Collect technical documentation to understand the project deliverables and all components;

·       Define sufficiently detailed logical network to define need dates for all materials and components;

·       Together with procurement department develop a complete procurement plan including all components defined in the scope of supply list;

·       Create Engineering Plan with milestones for design freeze and placement of Purchase orders;

·       Fully resource load project plans to include man-hour estimates to reflect need for engineering resources
