Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Why is it changing the construction activities so they strart at the beggining when they are supposed to be succesors of "Construction"

Hi Mike

The way you run the schedule is quite incorrect

You use actual dates to the activities but the data date is not scheduled accordingly

Data date is the start date to run the scheduling algorithm

The problem is the predecessor because it was progress 100 percent complete sitting after the data date therfore the successor will run on the data date.

Note: All actual progress activities specially completed should sit after the data date and remaining will run after the data date.
Data Date mean Status date (cut-off of actual completed activities).
