Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all ,

Can a updated schedule be stored as a baseline program for further use.

The scenario being that part of out scope has changed after almost 2 yrs , and now the client wants latest updated status to be used as a baseline program .

I tried saving the program as a target program but was unable to do it.

would be helpful , if someone could direct a way out for this.

Thanks

Hi vinod

You can treat the updated schedule as target.Make sure the existing pro-gramme[Which you use for monitoring ] and target should not have same file name.Make sure your target and existing pro-gramme are in one folder

Hi Vinod,
Open the project that you wanted to save as target.
Select Tools->Project Utilities->Copy. Once copied, Select Tools->Project Utilities->Target, select the project copied.

Note: Only 2 projects can be display at the same time. If already have 2, replace any one of them.
