Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Kafo

thanks for help specialy for that part

Now for scheduling : you can either schedule based on resourecs availability or you can even stretch your project and Do a resource leveling to avoid "Resource Histogram Spikes" - i.e. sudden increases / decreases in the budgeted amounts)

Dear

Simply set the resourecs as driving

(Driving resources are those that control the duration of the activity only based on their availability Max / Min)

In P3 this is a small tick box at the resources dialog box , just tick driving and there you go

Now for scheduling : you can either schedule based on resourecs availability or you can even stretch your project and Do a resource leveling to avoid "Resource Histogram Spikes" - i.e. sudden increases / decreases in the budgeted amounts)

If your resource is money - Selling Price / Revenue Etc- Make sure not to assign any value to the resource until you finish scheduling and you are satisfied with the results and then load you values

Hope this answered you question
