(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Move an Activity Up or Down By P6

At P3 I can move an activity up or down as I want by pick it by mouse and drag it where I want.

How can I do this at P6?

Hi Abeer,

You cannot do that in P6, you can only drag each activity or group of activites to other level but not at the same level. Because, you assigned sort to all activitvies by Field name & Sort order.

Yes, you can do that in P3 however, it will goes back to its original order or sequence if you will run filter due to the sorting.

Hmmm. so far i dont know how. maybe you cant
anyway if you intend to move it so you can relate it to other activities, you dont need to. relationsihps are created in the order you pick the activities in P6
