Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I can certainly print it in PDF, but I was wondering if I it’s possible to view it in text format, then it could be converted to excel and manipulated in excel...

You can not transfer CALANDER Data from P3 to MS excel but you can transfer calander to another project in P3 or you can print it.

You can’t export Calenders to excel from P3 rather can print indivisual or all calenders in summarized or detailed form for the project showing working and non working durations.
