Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Help.

I want to show a line milestone in P3. Essentially instead of have a milestone, i would like to plave a line in the schedule that is constrainted by either a date or and activity, so that when i’m scrolling down the page (and for print outs) i can see which activites are before this line and which are after it.

Please help.

Regards
J

Instead of using the line tool, use the curtain tool (on the same toolbar) and you can set the width so it stands out more. You can also set it to start at a certain date and end at a certain date to bracket your period of review.

Other than these, you have to go to inserting objects.

So i have been told to use the "Line Tool" under the "Attachment Tools".

It works well, apart from the fact you can only link it to a date and not an Activity.

Also is there a way to format this Line, so that it stands out more???

Help???

Or is there some way of placing a visual aid in the bar chart to show activities before and after this date?
