Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

help please

A. hard choice,it would be what are your goals??
Construction Managment is good for construciton and PM is basically higher, The biggie oil companies tend to look closer at Project Managment, for the upper levels of managment. Example,to run a project at managment level you are concerned about current markets, politics, relations with other firms, "needs and wants" and basically look at a project from a differient prespecitve then site managers who are capsuled into their world of building the project.

b. Why you would want to start as a planner !!! Recommend you start your career as site super or materials expiditer or jr cost engineer.
After you get hands on experience on actually working on a project, getting your boots dirty, then start playing about say keying in data for a planner, learn the programs and the "ropes" of planning, then go after cost planning job or dpty site manager.
Good luck and no matter what way you go, you will win with both MSc s
