Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

the simplest way is to go to resource view

on the right hand side is a spreadsheet view, right click and change the display to Budget Qty or Budget Cost,

one the left and side you can group and sort the assignments how you wish, ie by resource,

once you have the view how you want, do edit, select all, right click and press copy, press cntrl and you then highight all the columns on the spreadsheet view you want to copy, open excel and you can paste the info in, from here you can produce your scurves/histograms
