(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
its like im having an existing schedule then ive decided to add more activities and rearrange the sequence...unfortunately the Acitivity IDs were no longer arrange in an ascending order, since i already change the sequence, how can i rearrange them in an ascending order again? lets say ive got a total of less than 1500 activities.

You can use several methods. in V6 you can use Global Change / Excel
1. create a user field
2. Export to Excel and populate the user field with the Act.ID you want and import back
3. Create a global change to repalce Act ID with value from User field
