(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi planners,

Why the Program of Work (construction schedule) is called "Clause 14 Program" while this is not clause 14, its clause 8.3. Also Recovery program is known as clause 14.2

In Europe and Middle East Countries, where Fidic Contracts are widely used, they normally refer to Clause 14 when it comes to programme issues and programme requirements, However, this is not applicable to East Asia or USA.

Originally came from old FIDIC '87 and reprinted 92, Programme related at Clause 14

Now,from FIDIC '99, Programme clause changed to Clause 8

but most contracts still adapt the 87/92 COC
