Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am a junior planner and only working in this role for 6 months. I have been asked to run a planning workshop for a new project that I am assigned to.
I am unsure of what agenda to put together. We have a PBS and a project purpose but I need advise on how I will plan the day.

Many Thanks

Sofia

hmmm... first workshop on the project

since you already have the PBS (WBS)

I suggest the following
Base on the PBS
Topic - Result
Role & Responsibility - R&R Matrix
Deliverable - Deliverable List with R&R
Duration Estimation - (Need to be discuss individually in separate meeting)
Key milestone dates - Deliverable List with Milestone
Risk & Contingency - Risk & Treatment Plan
Reporting Cycle - Progress Report Timetable

Depend on the size of the project this workshop will run at least 3-4 hrs min

HTH
