Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

For years now we've been using an MS Access database to upload Actual Labour units across a portfolio of projects, but recently this has failed due to an ODBC error (likely relating to recent server updates).

When I open ODBC Data Source Administrator within Windows, the Primavera SDK System DSN appears in list but is marked with a comment "The Driver of this 32-bit System DSN does not exist, It can only be removed".

Does anyone know a way to resolve?

Thanks!

Higher version of P6 is no longer supported by SDK, therefore if you upgraded your P6 version, your SDK will no longer working. The only option is connect it to ODBC using SQL server instead of Primavera SDK.

Marc,

You are entering a world of pain here. I don't know which of the 64 vs 32 bit issues you are tripping over, but you might not find a solution. If there was just one project, then exporting to Excel would be a suitable workaround. But as I am sure you are aware the Excel update is one project at a time. You might need to buy a third party anything-to-Primavera interface toolkits, like Legare.
