(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have been searching for this everywhere, but no succes..
So I always had succes when I used the right-click -> export to excel option.
Now, I have saved some different layouts and when I use a different layout I get an Excel export without any activities.
It does show the title columns.
I tried different view-filters and by accident I had one activity already marked as 'in progress', now this one was shown in the dump.
Anyone any idea what the problem is?

highlight them first then rigth click export to excel
Why are you right clicking? In your activity view, press CTRL+A to select all, then CTRL+C to copy to clipboard, then Past einto an Excel worksheet.
I have DD+3D filter OR status 'in Progress'
It works to get the right view in P6, but when I export to Excel it doesn't give any results.
Wait...
It doesn't have to do with the righ-click methode.. It doesn't export at all.
It is a 3 day lookahead filter, so I think it has someting to do with the date.
