(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I'm trying to figure out how Oracle monitors the usage of licences. I've got one licence of Primavera Professional R8.3 and when I got a new laptop, I asked the Oracle Licence Support team how to install my licensed version on my new laptop. They asked for the Oracle order # and Oracle CSI # but then they told me to use the original installation files to install Primavera. I've got Primavera installed and fully working on my old and new laptop without any licence warnings. Can I install Primavera on a third ,forth, fifth.... without Oracle police knowing?
