(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have created a few reports that i need to generate weekly at certain times ( after the weeks schedule has finalised and also at the end of a week when all schedule updates have been entered ). These also need to be generated at specific times of the day, is this possibble to set up in P6 V.7

yes this can be done through the Tools Job Services utility. Using the Job Services you can tell it to Apply Actuals, Batch Reports, Export, Schedule, or Summarize.
