Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Is It possible in Project Online to have a 'hidden' activity column? Only users with the right level of access can see it?

I am not too sure if I understand your question but all the Custom Fileds may be renamed, may have formula and drop down list assigned etc.

Thanks Paul,
The only configurable Project Online fields that I know are baseline fields. Edit access to first 4 baselines could be configured (role based). Do you know if there any other Project Online (build-in or new) fields with confugurable access?
