Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Kumar

I'm not aware if there is such a function, but a quick solution to your problem is as follows:

1) Insert a text user column, e.g. "Text1"

2) Copy the entire "Task Name" column

3) Paste in "Text1"

4) Rename "Text1" as required

5) Hide/move the original "Task Name" column so not visible when printing

6) Print

You could also make a formula in "Text1" so it automatically copied and updated the value of "Task Name", meaning you didn't have to think about copying and pasting every time you modified your programme.

Regards,

Bo
