Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Has any of you worked using software tools that connect the data between MS Project and SAP, especially for material control on the procurement portion of the schedule?. My understanding is that you run this tool and the data in MS Project is updated automatically from SAP. Can you give me names of these software tools, talk to me a little bit about them and tell me where I can find more information. Thank you.

Hi Raul,

I work for TPG The Project Group who offer a product, PSLink, which offers integration between SAP and Microsoft Project.

PSLink is configurable and supports the bidirectional transfer of Project Structures (WBS, Networks) Tasks (activities, activity elements, milestones) Resource information, Actual and Planned costs, and Actual work. It also supports other functions such updates/extracts to/from the CATS, FI, SD and MM modules of SAP.

We are Microsoft Gold certified Partners, and PSLink is an SAP certified product for integration.

We have an extensive reference client list in all sectors including several successful implementations in Brazil. If you would like further information or contact details for our partner in Brazil, I can email theses across.
