  1. Department Head for Project Controls which consist of Planning, Cost Control, Document Control.
  2. Implementation, development, execution, and coordination of project planning department functions.
    1. Development and Submission of the Project Control and Planning Package (PCPP) which consist of Schedule Basis Memorandum (SBM), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organization Breakdown(OBS), Baseline Work Schedule Structure, Project S-Curve, Progress Measurement and Basis, Milestone Log, Equipment Resource Loading, and Manpower Loading & Histograms
    2. Management, supervise and train Project Planner and Planning Staff under Planning Department.
  3. Attending Project management meetings overlooking the engineering, production, co-ordination, issues of the projects, and mitigations to take, & outstanding activities.
    1. Development of production & installation curve for construction department monitoring. Produce Planning Alerts for Procurement and Construction based on P6 Schedule which highlights critical areas that needs to attention and actions.
    2. Involvement of project claims progress as Progress Measurement Method is used for the commercial claims of Interim Progress Claims. Development and proposal of the Progress Measurement method and liaising with the commercial team and PMC/client.
    3. Development of revised programme and interface with Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning on the development of the programme.
    4. Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis Workshop (SRA) with Management and PMC/Client and using Primavera Risk Analysis Software to analyse and generate the results and also for submission.
