I am a senior planner with almost ten years’ experience in the Mining, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors providing a suite of Project Services with focus on Project Planning, project controls, Shutdown and Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Quantitative Risk Range Analysis using Monte-Carlo simulation.

I am currently on one of Australia’s biggest LNG projects, APLNG in Gladstone Queensland ~$20 billion as a lead project planner for the owner’s team. My focus has been on schedule auditing and forensic analysis as the project is majority lump sum with a component of cost plus.  I have been developing a system to prove up contractor’s progress payments against the schedule and provide planning support to the construction team. Prior to this I was working on the BHP Olympic Dam Project where I was working with the Program Study Team to consolidate the integrated master execution schedule. I also developed the schedule risk model (Primavera Risk Analysis) for the schedule range anaylsis.

Previously worked for Owners Teams and EPCM organisations, I have been exposed to multi-disciplinary projects from concept studies through to Feasibility, Engineering and Procurement, with a major strength on Construction, Commissioning, Closeout, operations & maintenance.
