Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Days Due vs Days needed - what if you when you add up delays each month it is way more than needed?  -  So do you have to give an extension for way more days than necessary just because there was fat in schedule, or they are able to condense the work?  If they will be done with a job in 20 days, do you have to give an extension for 60 days because that is what all of the delays added to? - obviously the "effect" was less than the raw numbers.

Another way to phrase this: you are delayed 60 calendar days, the work gets done and it turns out it only delayed the job 50 days?  Do you get a 60 or 50 day extension and why?
