Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

Must I use TIA, IAP, APAB, CAB to do EOT claim and evaluation ?

If I can prove the delay not using the above method, will it be acceptable ?

I'm not using P6 but Microsoft project, all I need is to identify the critical path from the programme and put in the actual start and finish date of delay into the activities, it will change the end date of the whole program. the difference from the baseline end date and new date will be the delay impact. to me is as simple as that.

Hi Tim Tam

What you have described is an Impacted as Planned delay analysis.

I have prepared a YES / NO flow chart to assist in the decision of what analysis method to use for delay analysis.

Send me a message with your email and I will forward it to you.

Best regards
