Provide technical advice, lead cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements throughout all phases of various construction projects.

Monitor and report contractor planning and work operations including creating progress reports for internal management and for client to track project milestones.Execute successful projects by collaborating with senior management and contractors to effectively plan, troubleshoot issues, and develop evolving solutions. 

Perform delay and time impact analysis to determine contractors’ schedule impacts on the Project Master Plan. 

Ensure alignment with project objectives by establishing and tracking measurable deliverables for assigned packages in the schedule. 

Manage schedule development, updating and constructability for major packages like C&I, Turbine & Air Cooled Condensers, Miscellaneous Buildings Structures and Underground Utilities.

Promote enhanced team efficiency by guiding client's staff on planning skills through "Skills & Knowledge Transfer" initiative.
