Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all

I have a 30 week programme that has a 2 week shutdown over Christmas. The current week numbers in the date zone show it coming out as 32 weeks, is there any way to not show week numbers over the 2 week shutdown?

ie. up to week 5, then nothing for 2 weeks, then in January start from week 6?

Thanks in advance!

Alex

Hi Alex,

In the Date Zone Properties (right-click within the Date Zone > Properties), the line currently representing your week numbering will likely state Type = "Elapsed Units", Time Unit = "Weeks".  If you change Elapsed Units to instead be "Working Units", it will reflect your folding calendar's exceptions.  You should then see the change you want in your date zone.
