Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Its really depends how you detailed your schedule. With ASTA you can assign cost to each activity or Sumarry activity. It will distribute with weithed factor. The biggest advantages of ASTA you can assign cost to activities without creating Resource. If you have your subcontractor you can create cost under library and model it in three types. (TIME BASE COST, FIX COST or UNIT COST).

Go to library   create to costs and assign it.

I attached here picture with both example. Design A is cost assing to Summary Level (like WBS), Second is detail to activity. Both way possible. if you not solve your problem, contact with me I will send you some detail documents.
