Lessons Learnt

Projects come with a number of different stakeholders, with potentially very different agendas and levels of engagement with the project. Spending time early on to engage with and understand those agendas is key to a succesful outcome. Additionally where staekholders agendas conflict, it is important to put in place a transparent system where those agendas can be understood, assesed and prioritised.
