Reporting to the Chief Estimator. Duties included:

Preparation of detail tender programmes covering design, installation, test and post commissioning works. Early identification of external factors such as road closures and third party interventions/ approvals ( e.g. Local authority consents for road closures).
Production of Key Tender supporting deliverables such as resource loadings for installation gangs.
Analysis of key factors affecting operational efficiency such as red zone working restrictions and available rules of route.

Develop and maintain project master program in Primavera 6.

Provide programming support for internal project progress, resourcing and costing reports.

Develop progress reports for external project stakeholders such as Main Roads, SMEC and project Governance Board members.

Liaise daily with key project personnel for status updates, reporting and planning / scheduling activities.

Provide Primavera system support, advice and training for site staff
