Reporting to the Chief Estimator. Duties included:

• Preparation of detail tender programmes covering design, installation, test and post commissioning works. Early identification of external factors such as road closures and third party interventions/ approvals ( e.g. Local authority consents for road closures).
• Production of Key Tender supporting deliverables such as resource loadings for installation gangs.
• Analysis of key factors affecting operational efficiency such as red zone working restrictions and available rules of route. line possessions.
• Preparing reports and analysis as required.
• Supporting current projects and producing progress updates/ programme updates in support of project execution.
• Carrying out Supply Chain management through identifying potential suppliers, issue of tender documentation ( technical and commercial) and evaluation of received quotations to support the overall tendering/ estimating process.
