• Support to the project risk and issue management, maintaining the project RAID log and ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Highlight to the PM the impact of actuals on the plan e.g. items completed early, slipping, change in effort and the impact on subsequent tasks/milestones
• Agree on actions to correct plan with PM & update plan accordingly.
• Update Project Tracker with Actuals and latest forecast from MS Project plan.
