- Role primarily aligned to aide, guide and shape the current planning and scheduling Team to the Transformation programme being undertaken in moving from EPM 2010 to Primavera P6 Pro/P3M Adoption.
- Directly managing a Team of c70 schedulers across all levels, introductory/junior to senior.
- Simplify schedule structure, WBS, etc. to provide streamlined reporting for CPR, EVM, NCP, CP reports, etc.
- Develop advanced Primavera P6 2016 Pro skillsets, advanced schedule analytics, SRA (Schedule Risk Analysis) using Primavera Risk Analyser (formally PERT Master), simple schedule forensics, DCMA, 100 point checks.
- Liaise & coordinate with external providers to ensure planning teams are getting the correct level of training required.
- Interview candidates for entry-level roles into planning & scheduling.
- Development & up-skilling of current Team through 1-2-1 mentoring, group sessions or classroom-based learning.
