PMO Planner
• Support to the project risk and issue management, maintaining the project RAID log and ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Highlight to the PM the impact of actuals on the plan e.g. items completed early, slipping, change in effort and the impact on subsequent tasks/milestones
• Agree on actions to correct plan with PM & update plan accordingly.
• Update Project Tracker with Actuals and latest forecast from MS Project plan.
• Maintenance of Daily Project Logs, risk log, cost log and any other relevant project documentation
Monitored contractor’s planning processes so that they comply with organization policy.
• Assisted in the development of quality plan / schedule in line with the project scheduling principles and processes.
• Supported in the preparation of a project work breakdown structure (WBS) and plan / schedule which is capable of delivering the project objectives.
• Participated in the effective information sharing / collection with all the project stakeholders in an appropriate manner.
• Measured project performance using milestones, baselines and maintained effective reporting.
• Assist in producing the project highlight reports
