To develop and implement fully integrated schedule of cross-functional interfaces between engineering, procurement materials & sub-contracts, estimating, cost management, construction & commissioning, safety, quality, finance/accounting, and document control;
To provide oversight to contractors to ensure they provide schedules for the project and monitor schedule progress against the baseline;
To ensure schedule is aligned with scope, BOD, WBS, CBS and contracting strategy;
To validate schedule estimates with benchmark data; develop Basis of Schedule;
