1. Team development, time keeping and work allocation.

2. Responsibility and accountability for the quality of output from the SEESA planning team

3. Peer Reviews to analyse plan integrity and compliance of planners

National Grid South East Electricity Substations Alliance (SEESA) - Planning team leader for a team of planning engineers based in SEESA HQ, Stokenchurch. Responsible for day to day team management, periodic team peer reviews, ownership of the alliance planning process, Primavera database administrator, full lifecycle planning, earned value analysis and reporting and portfolio planning (including ‘what if’ scenario planning). Deputise for the Planning Manager to provide ongoing cover for leave periods.
