  • Planning and Project Controls of Red Line Metro Depot and Green Line Stabling Yard.
  • Provide reports regularly to Top Management, Consultant and Client.
  • Update Project Dashboard as per Qatar Rail Project Management Office requirement.
  • Integrate various programme and their associated interfaces in Project Master Schedule.
  • Analyze and evaluate performance (KPI’s) against an established schedule.
  • Initiates templates and improves reporting system to meet specific project requirements.
