- Provide reports regularly to Top Management, Consultant and Client.
- Update Project Dashboard as per Qatar Rail Project Management Office requirement.
- Integrate various programme and their associated interfaces in Project Master Schedule.
- Analyze and evaluate performance (KPI’s) against an established schedule.
- Initiates templates and improves reporting system to meet specific project requirements.
