- preparation of all levels time schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction
- preparation of Progress Measurement tables (Level 4) for Engineering, Procurement and Construction
- implementation of Subcontractors time schedules to Overall Schedule
- monitoring progress in engineering, procurement , construction
- monthhy/weekly update of schedules and progress curves
- analysing of potential delays and preparation of mitigation plans
- internal and external progress reports (for Project Management, PMC and Client)
