Prepare and develop Level IV Baseline schedule including subcontractors activities using Primavera Project Planner and get approve the same from the Consultant/Client.
Prepare Monthly Look Ahead Schedule for site execution & Delay Analysis report for Management review to take corrective actions if required.
Conduct daily site inspection to monitor the progress at site and prepare weekly and monthly progress report to Consultant / Client.
