• Establish, monitor, analyze, forecast & report project revenues and costs
• Analyze all aspects of the HO costs (actual hours and dollars, rates, productivity, ETC’s, mark-ups, non-labor)
• Establish budget and performance target in Home Office Cost & Progressing System
• Establish staffing and resource forecast trending for the project
• Control the financial progress of a project, compute billable and non-billable costs and compare such costs to budgets.
