Provided project scheduling and cost analysis in the distribution of electric utilities for residential customers including upgrading/constructing substations and transmission lines.  Worked with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time within budget. Created and maintained schedules in Primavera P6 R8.3 software in a multi-user environment.  Performed cost forecasting and budget analysis on assigned projects.  Performed monthly accruals in consultation with the project managers.  Performed querying in the enterprise accounting system for data management, invoice audits and budget analysis.
