·      Oversight of scheduling in AREVA Federal Services, including project schedulers, schedule processes and methodology, and schedule training

·      Develop & Maintain Project and Proposal Schedule

·      Conduct Schedule Quality Analysis utilizing Deltek Acumen

·      Perform Estimate & Schedule Uncertainty Analysis (ESUA) on Cost and Schedule Estimates to determine Management Reserve value.

·      Integrate Cost & Schedule Data into Deltek Cobra for Earned Value Reporting

·      Develop best practices for AREVA Federal Services utilizing the DCMA 14 Point Assessment, feedback from EFCOG (Energy Facility Contractors Group) Project Management Working Group, and AREVA Global Scheduling Guidelines.

·      Interface with Project Managers and Executive Management with schedule recommendations based on results from Schedule Quality Analyses.

·      Interface with other AREVA Business Lines for Scheduling Support

·      Project Controls Manager for Atomic Energy of Canada Limited - Stored Liquid Waste Cementation (AECL-SLWC) Conceptual Design

          ·      Proposal Schedule Development for AECL-SLWC Phases 2 through 8, Design, Procurement & Fabrication,                     Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Demobilization and Decommissioning, and Closeout.
