Scheduling performed utilizing Primavera P6.2 to produce CPM Schedules and associated progress reporting, cost reporting and project analysis. Scheduled all activities associated with the project to produce an integrated critical path schedule, updated weekly and reported potential problems to the Project Manager. While updating the schedule, evaluated the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of the project.
