Project Controls Manager (Nov 2007 – June 2014)

 

Working under ECC and ECC International division as Project Controls Specialist, handling project controls services for Asia Pacific, Hawaii, Guam and Djibouti.

 

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Prepare and updating of Project Master Schedule based on NAS procedure for the contract scope of works encompassing engineering, procurement, manufacturing & construction activities.

- Report directly to the Project Controls Manager and Project Managers, and is responsible for project reporting requirements on a specific projects.

- Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting for both internal and external purposes. This includes progress reporting & financial reporting.

- Identify schedule interfaces among engineering, procurement, manufacturing & assembly activities.

- Liaise and work with multidisciplinary project team in schedules development and upkeep.

- Monitor and track the progress of schedule activities.

- Analyze schedule critical paths and identify actions to mitigate schedule overruns.

- Attention to deadlines for all reports and ensure data is received in a timely manner.

- Invoice Preparation based on earned value methodology.

- Perform special projects and make recommendations for improvement in processes and procedures as assigned by Project Controls Director.
