Provided project management services on a $175M Navy environmental remediation contract. Maintained an integrated Project Controls Management System for performance measurement. Performed monthly cost and schedule reporting, including variance analysis.
Lead Planning Engineer within an Integrated Client/PCS Project Management Team (P.M.C), responsible for the fully integrated planning for a US$ 4bn Elastomers project for SABIC and Exxon Mobil within Saudi Arabia, over two sites.

Operations and Engineering planning for SAPREF Refinery
All planning functions required to setup the Refinery Shutdown and Start Up schedule. Liason with Operators and analysis of the shutdown and start up procedures and producing a meaningful schedule for this.
I moved to the Engineering department after the Turnaround and proceeded to produce planning for a number of small projects that were being executed throughout the refinery
Senior Project Planner:
New FPU (Floating Production Unit) for BP. Responsible planner for the hull and LQ. KBR planned for Top Sides. The schedule contained Pre-FEED, FEED and procurement (Long lead items). Delivered KPI’s (Key Performance factors) to Project Management as well as progress reports.
Currently employed as the PMC Directorate Interface and Commissioning and Start Up Lead Planning Engineer for a Mega Project in Kuwait (Project Value $14bn).The project is a combination of Green and Brownfield scope.
My responsibilites include the coordination between all contractors involved within the project, including third parties. I also coordinate with the Client and contractors for Turnaround and shutdown activities, and now also for COMT (Commissioning,Operations, Maintenance and Training).
