Process Improvement projects utilized the Six Sigma methodology (Lean, DMAIC, DMADV, etc) with a minimum savings of $100K per project.
Responsible for all financial matters for two mid-sized steel framing construction/manufacturing companies (totaling $60 million) that USS-POSCO had shareholder interests in.
