Prepared monthly and weekly progress reports on site. Monitored and updated all the subcontractor’s construction programme, resource histogram, shop drawing submission and material procurement schedule. Coordinate between client, consultant and subcontractors on all site and progress related issues. Prepared monthly cost presentation for the company’s internal monitoring of cash flow.
